Luxurious Hotel in Manhattan. It has a nice and quit lounge area (Gotham Lounge), and a rooftop terrace bar with gorgeous views (23th floor). You can't make reservations to the bar and it can be loud depending on the night, (worst case you'll still have the lounge). The lounge is recommended. The bar isn't for everyone, know your date for that.
