Officially its only open to guests and residents of the hotel but they are pretty nice about it although you do need a key card to get into the diff rooms but the people around are really nice and open it for you most times.
On Monday the bar is closed but there are vending machines.
Lounge library area is not open for non residents of the Vanderbilt condos. I had to go to my backup which was the Marriott.
Do not recommend
