Sitting: Hotel 25 minutes away from Pico area and 35 minutes from La Brea. Pretty fancy and quiet, Valet Parking is around $20. Walk straight in past the lobby and to your left will be a bar once you enter the lobby sitting area, Its a nice quiet area to sit. Restrooms: Right when you enter the hotel and walk past the lobby counters, to the left is a hallway with restrooms toward the end. If your sitting and having drinks so it will be to your right toward the entrance. For walking: and if you walk down the steps into the restaurant outside and down the steps on the left side you will be able to walk by the harbor, but to return you need to go around the hotel, because the door from the steps is locked, it has a nice walking area.
